What this service does

Jemle LB Account Manager helps authorized account managers organize subscription customers and provide private access to account details. Its optional MailHub Bridge receives verified Netflix and Shahid password-reset links from an authorized manager's laptop.

Data we process

• Account and customer details entered by an authorized manager.
• The streaming-account mailbox selected for a five-minute reset request.
• Limited sender, subject, message identifier, and time metadata only while checking an active Netflix or Shahid password-reset request.
• An encrypted, short-lived reset link after strict sender and domain checks.

How MailHub data is used

MailHub data is used only to return a requested Netflix or Shahid password-reset link to the Jemle LB administrator. Jemle LB does not receive mailbox passwords, OAuth tokens, contacts, calendars, attachments, or unrelated email content. Full email messages are not stored.

Storage and sharing

Accepted reset links are encrypted at rest and limited to the active five-minute owner request. They are available only to the authenticated Jemle LB administrator. We do not sell this data or share it with unrelated third parties.

Advertising measurement

Our public shop and customer checkout use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and paid subscription orders and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, page URLs, advertising identifiers and cookies, and purchase details such as the plan, quantity, currency, and amount paid. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, or private subscription links in our advertising event data. Automatic form and button tracking is disabled. We do not load this tracking on private subscription-link pages or initialize it from administrator views. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through your Meta account settings.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public shop and subscription guides. Google may process browser and device information, analytics cookies and identifiers, public page views, and referral sources. Our page-view configuration omits URL query strings and fragments and limits referrers to their website origin. We do not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, payment proof, or private subscription links in our analytics events. We do not initialize this tag in login forms, account dashboards, or private subscription-link pages, and disable it when leaving the public shop for an account view. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled for this tag. You can manage cookies and tracking protections through your browser settings.

Control and deletion

The administrator can disconnect MailHub at any time, immediately invalidating the laptop pairing key. A new key can be generated when the connection needs to be restored.

Security and access

We use account-scoped authorization, private opaque subscription links, encryption, short code lifetimes, and no-store browser responses. Users must connect only email and streaming accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
